Peace of Mind

A polygraph examination is not just a test, it is a significant investment. Accurate results require time, clarity, and a thorough analysis of all the relevant issues in your circumstance. Your future and peace of mind rely on not only the results, but your confidence that the results are accurate. It is for this reason that the process requires a significant amount of time and exploration during your appointment.

When choosing a polygraph examiner, you're not just paying for an hour or two in a chair connected to sensors—you're investing in accuracy, reliability, and results that can withstand real-world scrutiny. Cheaper options may exist, but they often come with shortcuts: rushed exams, inexperienced examiners, outdated techniques, or reports that crumble under pressure. My services are priced to reflect the exceptional level of expertise, thoroughness, and professionalism I bring to every case.

Here's what sets my practice apart and justifies the investment:

Unparalleled Experience in Law Enforcement

I served as the Polygraph Director for a large police department, overseeing high-stakes examinations in criminal investigations, internal affairs, and pre-employment screenings. This role demanded flawless execution under intense pressure, where lives, careers, and justice were on the line. That depth of real-world experience—honed in one of the most demanding environments—ensures your exam is conducted with precision and insight that few can match.

Commitment to Ongoing Excellence

The field of polygraphy evolves constantly, with new research, techniques, and legal standards emerging regularly. I stay at the forefront by regularly attending continuing education courses and professional seminars. This isn't optional for me—it's essential. It means I apply the most current, validated methods to every exam, maximizing accuracy and minimizing errors.

Proven Educator in the Field

Beyond conducting exams, I've taught in-service polygraph courses to fellow professionals and law enforcement personnel. Training others requires a mastery of the science, psychology, and ethics of polygraphy. When you work with me, you're benefiting from someone who not only practices at an elite level but has shaped the skills of others in the industry.

Court-Ready Reports and Uncompromising Thoroughness

My reports are authored to withstand the rigorous scrutiny of court proceedings. They are detailed, objective, and defensible—backed by proper methodology and clear documentation. I never cut corners on preparation, question formulation, or analysis.

Most importantly, I take as much time as necessary with each client. A polygraph exam isn't a conveyor-belt process. It involves a thorough pre-test interview, careful test design, multiple chart collections if needed, and post-test discussion. Rushing this risks inaccurate results. I prioritize quality over quantity, ensuring every exam is comprehensive and tailored to your specific needs.

The average polygraph is going to cost $750. There is a non-refundable $250 deposit required to set up the appointment. From there we will begin to discuss the issue(s) in greater detail. If the test needs to be done immediately (within 48 hrs), then there will be a $100 emergency charge added. During your consultation, this will all be explained.

If your situation involves a second person taking the examination, then it is an additional $300. In other words, if a couple will be taking a polygraph, the total will be $1,050.

Sometimes there are extenuating circumstances where the pricing may be different, but it is safe to expect the above charges to be consistent.

If you are part of a law enforcement, fire, or other organization, contract pricing can be discussed based upon your needs. We can even be your backup in a pinch.

If you require maintenance exams, i.e., quarterly or prescribed follow-up exams, we will discuss pricing outside of the above rates.
